As you will appreciate, when you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract.
If you have to cancel or cut short
your house party (weekend) for any reason, then under the law you are liable for any cancellation charges we may have to
make to cover our loss, if we are unable to relet your house party. This would
normally be the full booking price of your house party less a deduction for the
cost of food and staff wages not incurred.
If you have to
cancel your house party, then we will try to relet it on your behalf. If we are
successful then we will refund your deposit less a charge for any
administration costs that we have incurred. If we are unable to relet
the house party then you will be charged a cancellation fee as explained above,
less any deposit already paid.
We therefore strongly advise you to take out Holiday
Cancelled Booking Insurance to safeguard the costs of your house party.
We can provide details of an inexpensive scheme, on request.
