Chicken Picatta - supreme of chicken cooked in tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil, smothered in mozzarella cheese and baked until golden. Served with fresh vegetables and potatoes

Rich chocolate truffle mousse, finished with a white chocolate rum truffle, a little Devonshire clotted cream and fresh strawberries
